Fineway Ceramics is seeking ambitious sales representatives to create new business accounts in North America. The ideal candidates should have very strong outside sales skills, good knowledge of ceramic products and its applications, and extensive industrial networks,especially in oil and gas, foundry and mining industry.
Meet and exceed sales objectives.
Generate new leads through research,networking, cold calls and marketing strategies.
Understand customer business and their needs, recommend products that can best meet their needs.
Visit customers, provide quotation and proposal, follow the customer until close the deal.
Build and maintain customer relationship to earn their trust, leverage company’s resource to cross sell.
Bring back customer voice and analyze industry trend,and recommend changes in products.
Represent the Company and products at trade shows.
Submit weekly sales reports and analysis to management.
College degree is preferred for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered.
Over five years experience of outside sales in related industries. Prior sales experience in ceramics related products is preferred.
Proven ability to strengthen relationships with key accounts.
Able to prospect new accounts by professional networking, industry research, and cold-calling.
Candidates must be organized and have excellent oral presentation and communication skills.
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Must be a self-starter and self-directed with the ability to independently manage time and projects.
